Changelog
Desktop releases
Every published build of the OpenPrompt desktop app, newest first. Installers for each release are on GitHub; the current one is always on the download page.
v1.0.6
Latest- Adds a short welcome guide through Captures, Git, Usage and the Workbench, ending at connecting an agent. Run it again from Settings.
- Puts the OpenPrompt chat and your agent CLIs in one row of tabs on the Workbench. Open what you need; closing the chat keeps the conversation.
- Signs agents in from Settings, in a terminal inside the app. The vendor’s page it opens can create an account too.
- Warns you when a connected agent needs sign-in or is not answering, before a prompt fails.
- Offers Update when npm left a CLI without its program, instead of a Connect that cannot work.
- Renames the IDE setting to Share projects with IDE agents, and shows each IDE’s state in a word: In use, Connected, Added or Problem.
- Adds Open Antigravity to the notch, because its usage is read from the running app.
- Reports the app’s real version, so the dashboard can tell which devices need updating.
v1.0.5
- Captures prompts from Antigravity, including long steps and the workspace they belong to.
- Files prompts from Cursor and Codex git worktrees against the project they were made from.
- Reads a Cursor prompt as soon as it is written, even when the transcript line has no trailing newline.
- Skips Codex sessions the agent starts for itself, so they are not filed as your prompts.
- Shows Claude app usage on its own when that sign-in is a different account from Claude Code.
- Keeps an Agent Mode rewrite going if you leave the pane, and puts the result back in the draft when you return.
